The Role

Processing loans and extensions while maintaining all loan underwriting and scanning requirements.

Providing superior customer service.

Effectively communicating product information and specifications

Contacting customers to generate new and repeat business.

Facilitating communication between the collection department and customers to solve problems.

Adhering to all company policy and procedures

The Candidate

Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience or equivalent of education and experience.
Passion for delivering world class customer service
Must have demonstrated supervisory proficiency in hiring, counselling and coaching to include conducting performance management sessions.
Experience in revenue-generating capability.
